Refund Policy

At DigitalIndiaPreneur, we are committed to providing quality learning experiences and services. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund option under the following terms:



Refund Eligibility


  • ● Refund requests are accepted within 2 hours of your original purchase.


  • ● No refunds will be processed after 2 hours of the purchase under any circumstances.



Deductions


  • A payment gateway fee of 2% and a processing fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund amount.'



Non-Refundable Purchases


● Please note that the following are non-refundable:

  • ● DigitalIndiaPreneur Membership Plans (Plus & Pro)

  • ● DigitalCoin purchases within the CoinX platform



How to Request a Refund

To apply for a refund, you must send an email to support@digitalindiapreneur.in using your registered email address. Please include the following details:

  1. Full Name

  2. Registered Email ID

  3. Registration Date

  4. Screenshot of the Payment Invoice (with date and time)

  5. Reason for Refund

  • Refund requests without complete details will not be considered.

  • Requests from unregistered email addresses will be rejected.

  • All refund communications must be made only through support@digitalindiapreneur.in.
